What we're looking for:

We are looking for a SDET-2 to join our rapidly expanding product development team. This role is primarily responsible for testing customer solutions built using Zinier platform and products. The primary focus of this engineer will be to build test plans and troubleshoot failures in existing applications.

About the Role:

We are looking for an AI Test Engineer with strong backend and automation experience to test AI-powered services, APIs, intelligent scheduling, and field-service workflows.

You will work closely with Backend, AI/ML, and Product teams to build reliable, scalable, and measurable quality frameworks for AI-driven capabilities.

What You’ll Do:

• Test AI/LLM-powered backend services, APIs, and workflows.
• Validate AI responses for accuracy, relevance, groundedness, and hallucinations.
• Build automated AI evaluation and regression frameworks using golden datasets and benchmarks.
• Test REST APIs, microservices, asynchronous workflows, and service integrations.
• Perform performance, load, resilience, and failure testing.
• Develop automation and integrate quality checks into CI/CD pipelines.
• Validate intelligent scheduling outcomes against business and operational constraints.

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ years of experience in QA, SDET, or Test Automation.
• Strong experience in backend/API testing and automation.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience with REST Assured, Playwright, Selenium, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and SQL.
• Experience with CI/CD and performance/reliability testing.
• Hands-on exposure to LLM/GenAI testing, RAG, prompt testing, AI evaluation, or AI agents.

Good to Have:

• Kafka/event-driven systems
• Kubernetes/cloud platforms
• Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or OpenTelemetry
• Experience building AI evaluation datasets and benchmarks
