Sr. Backend Engineer (Remote)

Accountabilities
- Work with cross-functional partners to design and deliver high-quality products.
- Define technical strategy and lead the architecture, build, and launch of solutions for serving review flows.
- Create best practices within the reviews, standards, and insights space.
- Influence and align stakeholders on technical direction, goals, and roadmaps.
- Build efficient and scalable backend solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to define product definitions and roadmaps.
- Drive technical strategy across multiple teams and systems.
Requirements
- 7+ years of full-time work experience in software engineering or related domains.
- Proven experience in defining technical direction and owning architecture for complex systems.
- Ability to mentor and grow engineers, influencing technical decisions.
- Experience with service-oriented architecture.
- Proficiency in one or more backend languages (e.g., Ruby, Java, Kotlin) and knowledge of storage systems.
- Familiarity with reviews and metrics domain is a plus.
