We are looking for a skilled and proactive Senior Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end software applications and systems, from frontend to backend. Your expertise in programming languages, databases, and web technologies will be crucial in delivering high-quality and scalable end-to-end solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using the latest UI/UX technologies
  • Develop and maintain server-side components of software applications
  • Monitor and optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of backend systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, product managers, and designers, to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices and coding standards
  • Utilize AI coding agents such as Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex to support development workflows
  • Design, implement, and optimize database structures and queries for efficient data storage and retrieval
  • Perform thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues or performance bottlenecks
  • Stay current with industry trends and technologies, proposing improvements to enhance backend architecture and development processes
  • Participate in code reviews to uphold code quality and mentor junior developers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong proficiency in computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms
  • Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, and one or more backend programming languages, with Python preferred
  • Experience with web frameworks and technologies such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django
  • Sound knowledge of databases, with experience working with relational databases like SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
  • Financial industry experience, or curiosity and aptitude to learn and engage with the Private Equity/Credit business domain
  • Proficiency in version control systems such as Git, along with experience in collaborative development workflows
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex backend issues
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Strong written and spoken proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher

  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Redis
  • Knowledge of Accounting principles or experience with Advent Geneva
  • Understanding of data engineering tools and platforms, including data pipelines and data lakes
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles, with experience building and consuming APIs
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, along with knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes
  • Experience with one or more of bank loans/leveraged loans, fixed-income products, CLOs, derivatives, ABS, and CMBS products
