Senior C++ Developer

We are looking for a Senior C++ Developer with experience in Unreal Engine to join our team.

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping high-quality interactive experiences and contributing to the technical foundation of our projects. You will collaborate closely with a talented group of engineers, designers, and artists to bring ambitious ideas to life.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable features for interactive real-time applications
• Collaborate with designers and artists to implement gameplay systems and interface elements
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best engineering practices
• Optimize performance and memory usage across various target platforms
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers to help grow the team's technical expertise
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues throughout the development lifecycle
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical planning for new features and systems
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional relevant experience in software development
• Strong proficiency in C++ programming, with a solid understanding of modern C++ standards and best practices
• Hands-on experience building applications in Unreal Engine
• Experience developing user interfaces using UMG or a comparable UI framework from another engine or platform; direct UMG experience is a plus, but a strong UI background with the ability to ramp up quickly on UMG is equally welcome
• Fluent English communication skills at a B2 level or higher, both written and verbal

Nice to have

• Background in cross-platform development across PC, mobile, and consoles, with awareness of platform-specific UI and performance considerations
• A strong eye for UX and visual polish, with the ability to translate design intent into responsive, intuitive interfaces
