Senior DevOps Engineer with Cloud

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team in Hungary, contributing to the design, implementation, and management of efficient and scalable cloud-based infrastructure. You will play a key role in automation, process improvement, and system reliability while collaborating closely with development and QA teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation and processes to enable teams to manage and configure CI/CD pipelines
• Actively engage in suggesting architecture and process improvements, as well as conducting evaluations of tools
• Solve business problems using technology by assessing various technology options and products
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and application-level issues
• Support QA automation engineers with technical testing needs
• Collaborate closely with developers to address and resolve system issues

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience on Agile projects
• Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
• Strong experience in Linux system fundamentals, including filesystems, security and networking
• Background in high availability, high performance, multi-data center systems and hybrid cloud environments
• Scripting experience using Bash, Shell or Python
• Proficiency in Version Control Systems such as Git
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, including AWS, Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure
• Skills in Containerization technologies such as Docker
• Familiarity with Configuration Management tools such as Ansible, Chef or Puppet
• Capability to work with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform
• Expertise in Container Orchestration tools such as Kubernetes
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Artifactory
• Experience with monitoring platforms such as Grafana and Prometheus
• Knowledge of internet security concepts, including PKI, LDAP, RBAC, SSL, HTTPS, TLS, DTLS, etc.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot complex issues across system resources and application stack traces
• Good English language skills in speaking, writing and reading (B2 level)
