About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Full Stack AI Engineer to design, build, and operate secure, scalable applications that use AI as a core capability. This role combines strong software engineering fundamentals with practical experience integrating AI services, large language models, intelligent workflows, and modern cloud architectures into production systems.

The ideal candidate can own solutions across the application lifecycle, from architecture and development through deployment, monitoring, security, and support. Solutions may run in AWS, Azure, or on-premises environments and must be designed for enterprise-scale adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build full stack applications with AI embedded as a core product capability
  • Develop front-end applications, APIs, backend services, and data-processing pipelines
  • Build primarily in Python while using other modern languages and frameworks when appropriate
  • Integrate AI, machine learning, and large language model services into production applications
  • Design secure, resilient architectures that scale to support enterprise workloads
  • Deploy and operate solutions across AWS, Azure, and hybrid or on-premises environments
  • Implement authentication, authorization, encryption, logging, monitoring, and SOC-aligned controls
  • Build automated testing, CI/CD, and observability into solutions
  • Collaborate with business, technology, security, and operations teams to deliver production-ready applications

Required Qualifications

  • Strong experience delivering full stack applications in production environments
  • Advanced Python development skills; experience with TypeScript, Java, C#, Go, or another modern language is beneficial
  • Experience building APIs, backend services, modern web applications, and data integrations
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI, machine learning, or large language models into applications
  • Experience developing cloud-native applications in AWS and/or Azure
  • Strong understanding of application architecture, scalability, performance, reliability, and security
  • Experience with relational or non-relational databases, automated testing, DevOps practices, and CI/CD

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, Anthropic Claude, or similar platforms
  • Experience with React, Angular, Vue, or another modern front-end framework
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or CloudFormation
  • Experience with AI evaluation, monitoring, governance, and human review patterns
  • Experience integrating cloud applications with enterprise or on-premises systems
  • Exposure to accounting, audit, tax, advisory, regulated, or other professional-services workflows
