The Role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Linero, you will embed directly at customer sites - some of the largest and most complex enterprises in the world - and own the full technical deployment of Linero's platform within their environments. This means navigating sprawling internal systems, building custom integrations, and solving problems on the ground that no one has solved before.

You are part engineer, part technical lead, part trusted advisor, and you thrive in that combination.

What You'll Own

• Lead the end-to-end technical deployment of Linero's platform at enterprise customer sites

• Develop deep familiarity with each customer's internal systems, workflows, and technical environment

• Work with customer teams to identify data source systems, assess data quality, and build data pipelines to support Linero’s platform

• Build custom integrations that embed Linero into existing customer infrastructure

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers during and after deployment

• Surface product gaps, integration patterns, and customer feedback to the rest of the engineering team

• Build deployment playbooks and documentation that help scale and systematize what you learn in the field

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of hands-on technical experience in a software engineering, solutions engineering and/or technical implementation role

• Strong backend engineering skills

• Exceptional problem-solving ability in ambiguous, high-pressure environments

• Strong communication skills; can translate complex technical realities to non-technical stakeholders without losing precision

• Experience with enterprise systems and integrations - ERPs, SaaS platforms, internal APIs

• Experience working directly with enterprise customers in a technical capacity is a plus

• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed

• Based in or willing to relocate to New York City
