Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Design and develop backend exchange-related services such as trade execution, order management, and liquidation.
• 5+ years of experience in Golang and Typescript
• Understanding of blockchain fundamentals and DeFi concepts like EVM, tokens, yields.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and microservices.
• Familiarity with SQL (postgres), RESTful APIs, Event-driven architecture, Kafka, and microservices.
• Knowledge of basic cryptographic principles and key management.
• Comfortable using Git, Docker, AWS and CI/CD tools.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of traditional finance concepts like order books, perpetuals and trading concepts.
• Experience working in small teams and in a fast-paced startup.

Nice To Have:

• Experience working with smart contracts (Solidity).
• Familiarity with Ethereum and etherjs library.
• Contributions to other open-source projects or previous work in DeFi and crypto.
• Ability to reason in mathematical terms and provide formal arguments of correctness and security of a system.
• Background in cryptography and willingness to contribute to the development of zero knowledge primitavites.
