Job requirements
Experience Range: with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Python fullstack development, including designing and implementing microservices architectures Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end design, development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable Python-based applications and servicesArchitect and implement robust microservices solutions aligned with business and technical requirementsDevelop, integrate, and optimize RESTful APIs to enable seamless communication between services and client applicationsCollaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, architects, QA teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality enterprise solutionsMentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering technical growth and promoting best coding practicesReview code, enforce development standards, and drive continuous improvement across the development teamConfigure and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, build, and deployment processes, ensuring reliability and speedTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across development, testing, and production environments, ensuring application performance, scalability, and securityRequired Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Python programmingExpertise with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, and FastAPIDeep understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven designHands-on experience developing and integrating RESTful APIsStrong skills in containerization technologies including Docker and KubernetesProficiency in CI/CD pipeline tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CDExperience with automated testing using PyTestWorking knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and RedisPreferred Skills:
Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud PlatformFamiliarity with messaging and event-streaming platforms like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service BusExposure to AI/ML integration, data engineering, or automation platformsAdvanced performance tuning and application monitoring skillsKnowledge of security best practices and secure coding standardsExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsPrevious experience leading development teams or technical initiativesDesired Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree (BTech or MTech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related disciplineMicrosoft Azure Developer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect ExpertAWS Certified Developer Associate or Professional Cloud Developer (Google Cloud)Python Institute certifications (PCAP/PCPP)
