Senior iOS Engineer

We are looking for a Senior iOS Engineer to build and enhance iOS applications with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and user experience. Responsibilities

• Build and improve iOS features using Swift with a focus on usability and code quality
• Maintain and modernize legacy Objective-C areas while reducing technical debt
• Design solutions for open-ended product and technical problems with your team
• Optimize application performance through profiling, analysis, and targeted improvements
• Debug issues and fix defects across the app lifecycle
• Write unit and integration tests to protect critical behavior and prevent regressions
• Integrate the app with backend services and troubleshoot integration issues
• Implement continuous integration patterns to keep builds fast and reliable
• Use build tools to automate workflows and improve developer productivity
• Collaborate with designers, product owners, QA, and engineers to deliver iteratively
• Share ideas, review code, and contribute to a healthy engineering culture
• Work effectively with a globally distributed team across time zones

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience building iOS applications with Swift
• Hands-on experience maintaining or migrating Objective-C legacy code
• Solid software development methodology knowledge and ability to iterate under ambiguity
• Strong debugging skills to identify root causes and resolve issues efficiently
• Performance optimization skills across profiling, analysis, and tuning of iOS apps
• Testing experience with unit and integration tests to ensure quality
• Solution design skills to break down open-ended problems into shippable increments
• Proven ownership mindset to self-start, prioritize work, and manage time effectively
• Strong collaboration skills working with cross-functional partners in a small team
• Clear communication skills to share ideas and contribute to technical discussions
• English proficiency: B2 (Upper-Intermediate)

• GitHub Actions experience for CI workflows
• Knowledge of MVVM Architecture pattern
• REST API integration experience
• Experience with UIKit
