Lead/Senior Software Engineer - .NET with WinForms

We are looking for a Lead/Senior Software Engineer with strong .NET and WinForms expertise to join our team and drive the development of client applications and vendor/integration solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work through complex challenges with limited data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client applications using .NET Framework and modern .NET with WinForms
• Design and implement vendor and integration solutions using .NET technologies
• Build and manage ETL processes and Kafka-based interfaces, including dependency management
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and version control workflows through GitLab
• Automate operational tasks using PowerShell scripting
• Debug and optimize complex T-SQL queries and processes in MS SQL
• Apply abstraction and data projection techniques to resolve issues in the absence of test data
• Approach technical challenges with strong out-of-the-box thinking and problem-solving skills

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Proficiency in .NET Framework, modern .NET, and WinForms for client application development
• Skills in .NET for vendor and integration solutions
• Knowledge of ETL processes and Kafka-based interfaces, including dependency management
• Familiarity with GitLab and CI/CD pipelines
• Expertise in PowerShell scripting for automation
• Competency in T-SQL (MS SQL), including debugging complex queries and running T-SQL processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues without test data through abstraction and data projection

Nice to have

• Background in WPF
• Understanding of Windows Server administration
