Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $217000 - $314000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

- Advise global Cloud Consulting and Forward Deployed Engineers (FDE) teams on go-to-market (GTM) strategy and legal compliance. Draft templates, terms, playbooks, and create enablement materials to accelerate consulting and FDE engagements.
- Scale legal support for Cloud human services by training and enabling sellers, sales legal and other key stakeholders to support consulting and FDE agreements effectively.
- Take on special projects to provide programmatic support for general Cloud GTM needs.
- Partner with Cloud sales legal to support complex customer agreements for consulting or FDE teams.
Minimum qualifications:
- JD, LL.B., equivalent degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law (e.g., have registered in-house status) in the state in which the position is located.
- 3 years of attorney-level experience in government, in-house, or at a law firm.
- Experience drafting and negotiating professional services or other cloud commercial agreements.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience directly supporting an enterprise business team.
- Knowledge of AI, data privacy, cybersecurity, IP, professional services, and regulatory matters relevant to enterprise cloud transactional legal work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain legal issues clearly and concisely to non-legal stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple agreements and projects simultaneously in a changing environment.
