Overview

Within the GTB Domain, you will join the Trade Finance & Cross Border Transaction structure. You will design and develop enterprise applications using AI models (LLMs and agents) to support coding, testing, and documentation, ensuring quality, reliability, and compliance with business requirements. You will also contribute to the evolution of an AI-enhanced software development lifecycle (SDLC), integrating Artificial Intelligence into processes and continuous improvement.

What your activities will be

• Develop enterprise applications leveraging Artificial Intelligence tools to accelerate software development activities
• Use AI agents to support code generation, refactoring, testing, and technical documentation
• Verify and validate outputs produced by AI, ensuring their quality, accuracy, and reliability
• Analyze and resolve application anomalies through troubleshooting activities
• Integrate developed solutions with legacy systems, APIs, and application services
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to define the best architectural solutions
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of software quality
• Ensure compliance with company standards, regulations, and cybersecurity and data management requirements
• Support the monitoring and maintenance of applications

Who we are looking for

If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

• 3-5 years of experience in software development and the use of AI tools
• Degree in Computer Science or technical-scientific disciplines
• Experience in using AI tools for software development and knowledge of the principles of an AI-enabled SDLC
• Advanced debugging and validation skills for AI-generated outputs
• Knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, Java and Spring, microservices architectures, REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, CI/CD, Git, and major software engineering best practices
• Good knowledge of English, organizational skills, problem-solving, and a team-oriented attitude

The following knowledge is considered a preferential qualification:

• Cloud (GCP, AWS, Azure)
• DevOps and Infrastructure as Code, Kafka and Flink, Agile methodologies, and experience in regulated contexts, with particular reference to Payments, Trade Finance, and foreign operations
