Overview

You will join our application development teams, focusing on creating enterprise solutions using Artificial Intelligence technologies to accelerate the development cycle. You will be responsible for developing robust and scalable applications, ensuring quality, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements in the banking sector, while integrating AI tools throughout all phases of the software lifecycle.

What your activities will be

• Use AI agents and AI-assisted coding tools for code generation
• Support refactoring, testing, and documentation production activities using AI
• Systematically validate AI-generated outputs to ensure quality and reliability
• Manage functional edge cases and application anomalies in complex enterprise contexts
• Develop and integrate solutions based on microservices and APIs
• Integrate applications with legacy systems and domain services
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and compliance requirements
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of code quality and AI outputs
• Introduce controls, metrics, and best practices for the use of AI in development
• Collaborate with IT, architecture, security, and business teams to ensure consistency and scalability
• Promote an advanced development model based on AI-enabled SDLC

Who we are looking for

If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

• At least 5 years of experience in the role
• Software development in enterprise contexts
• Microservices architectures
• API development and integration
• Distributed systems and integration with legacy systems
• AI tools for software development (LLMs, coding assistants, agents)
• Debugging techniques and advanced code analysis
• Agile development models and advanced SDLC
• Knowledge of security and compliance requirements in the banking sector
• Enterprise programming language (Java, Python, or equivalent)
• English language level at least B2
• Experience in AI-enabled SDLC and systematic integration of AI into the development cycle
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerized environments
