Product Data Analyst (Fixed-term employment)

• Define, track, and report on key product metrics (such as engagement, retention, conversion, and churn) to evaluate the success of product features and initiatives.

• Analyze product and user data to uncover trends, user behaviors, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity as well as work with the data team and product developers on solving data accuracy issues.

• Promote a data-driven work culture through example and by championing self-service.

• Work collaboratively with product team members, such as product managers, engineers, and designers.

• Find the right medium to convey important insights with the right context.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to explain complex concepts to different audiences.

• 2+ years of hands-on working experience as a Product Data Analyst.

• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker).

• Experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel/Amplitude).

• A degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related field.

• Fluency in written and verbal English.
  

Nice to have:

• Experience with AWS.

• Programming experience (Python).

• Experience working in a B2B/SaaS/tech company setting.

• Experience with product-led strategies.

• Experience with dbt and data modelling is a pre.

Salary range:

Lithuania 52,000 - 68,300 EUR gross/yearly.

Netherlands 59,500 - 78,100 EUR gross/yearly.

Please note that this is a fixed-term 1-year employment contract.
