Marketing Intern
We’re looking for a resourceful and creative Marketing Intern to support Flight3’s internal marketing efforts for a 3 month internship based out of our London office. This role is all about growing our brand presence, building engaging content for our channels, and supporting internal campaigns that help Flight3 stand out in the Web3 space. If you’re eager to get hands-on experience across brand building, content creation, and digital marketing—all while working with a passionate, remote-first team—this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Assist in executing the internal marketing strategy and content calendar
- Draft and schedule posts for Flight3’s social media channels (LinkedIn, X, IG)
- Support the creation of marketing materials (presentations, email updates, graphics)
- Help with internal newsletters and storytelling about team wins, culture, and case studies
- Coordinate updates to our website and internal branding assets
- Monitor performance analytics and suggest content optimizations
- Stay updated on Web3 trends to keep our brand voice fresh and relevant
Requirements
- Strong interest in marketing, communications, or digital content
- Understanding of key social media platforms and trends
- Excellent written English and attention to detail
- Self-starter mindset – you’re proactive, organized, and ready to learn
- Bonus: familiarity with Canva, Figma, Notion, or Web3/crypto culture
