Senior Software Engineer - RPA UI Path with Agentic AI

We are looking for a hands-on Intelligent Automation Developer to join a cross-functional team delivering a Proof of Concept focused on end-to-end automation.

You will design and implement automation workflows using the UiPath Platform, combining RPA, orchestration (Maestro), and AI/agentic capabilities. The solution may evolve to include LLM-based agents, document understanding, and workflow orchestration as the scope matures.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation workflows using UiPath (Studio, Maestro, Orchestrator)
• Build end-to-end process automations combining RPA bots, API/service integrations, and AI/LLM-driven agentic components
• Configure process orchestration and state management using Maestro (or equivalent workflow layer)
• Integrate with external systems (SAP, APIs, internal services, etc.)
• Implement human-in-the-loop steps where required (validation, approvals, exception handling)
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and Architects to iterate rapidly during POC
• Support testing, deployments, and demo readiness
• Document workflows, logic, and architecture to enable future scaling into production

Requirements

• 6–10 years of professional experience
• Hands-on experience with UiPath Platform (Studio, Orchestrator)
• Background in workflow orchestration concepts (e.g., Maestro, BPMN-like thinking)
• Understanding of agentic automation and LLM integration patterns
• Proficiency in integrating APIs, web services, and enterprise systems
• Ability to work in fast-paced, iterative POC environments
• Strong problem-solving mindset with focus on business outcomes

Nice to have

• Familiarity with UiPath Document Understanding
• Knowledge of UiPath AI Center
