Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join a long-term project in the online gambling industry. You will be part of a team building and enhancing high-performance, real-time applications used by thousands of users. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using .NET Core
• Collaborate with frontend developers and contribute to React-based applications when needed
• Develop and maintain event-driven and message-based system integrations
• Design and optimize SQL database structures, queries, and data access layers
• Implement real-time features using SignalR and WebSocket technologies
• Work with Redis and message queue solutions to support high-performance applications
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to deployment and support
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability
• Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Leverage AI technologies to improve development processes, automation, and operational efficiency

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer
• Relevant Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Strong experience with .NET Core
• Experience with React
• Experience working with SQL databases and database design principles
• Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging patterns
• Hands-on experience with Redis and message queue technologies
• Experience implementing real-time communication using SignalR and/or WebSockets
• Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team

Preferred

• Previous experience in the gaming, betting, or gambling industry
• Experience working on high-traffic, high-availability applications
• Familiarity with cloud-based environments and microservices architectures
