Remote Data Analyst
- Data Collection: Gather and clean large datasets from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Data Analysis: Perform thorough data analysis using statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and outliers.
- Reporting: Create clear, actionable reports and visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to present data insights to stakeholders.
- Business Insights: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into actionable business insights and recommendations.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance metrics and provide regular updates on business performance.
- Data Management: Maintain and update databases, ensuring data security and organization.
- Predictive Analysis: Use advanced analytical techniques such as regression, forecasting, and machine learning to predict future trends and behaviors.
- Problem-Solving: Identify data-related challenges and propose innovative solutions.
- Collaboration: Work with IT, product teams, and other departments to develop and implement data-driven solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
The coverage begins for the employee the on the first of the month following the first full 30 days of full-time employment for employees and their eligible dependents
Cost to the employee to participate in the plan varies by the coverage selection and the number of dependents; and may be subject to collective bargaining agreement
The employee may also elect to opt out of the County's medical insurance if proof of coverage is provided
Under this arrangement, the employee is provided with an annual opt out payment.
