We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join a project focused on building and extending a unified, AI-augmented Quality Engineering framework.

In this role, you will combine AI orchestration, test automation, MLOps, CI/CD, and governance to enable intelligent test generation, optimization, self-healing capabilities, and advanced test data management.

This is you

• Strong experience in test automation / Quality Engineering and automation framework development

• Strong programming experience with Python or another modern programming language

• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM technologies and AI-assisted development

• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar

• Understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and enterprise AI integrations

• Experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding assistants

• Solid understanding of CI/CD and automation pipelines

• Experience with Jenkins and/or GitHub Actions

• Understanding of MLOps, AI governance, or Governance-as-Code concepts

• Experience working with version-controlled configuration, prompts, instruction sets, or other reusable AI artefacts

This is your role

• Extend the existing Pyautocore framework with AI-enabled automation capabilities

• Design and implement a unified AI-augmented Quality Engineering framework

• Develop reusable instruction sets, prompt templates, and patterns for AI-assisted test generation

• Extract and standardize reusable components from existing automation frameworks

• Build an AI orchestration service for controlled interaction with approved AI models

• Implement MCP-based integrations with enterprise systems and configure approved MCP connectors

• Enable AI-assisted workflows for test design, analysis, optimization, and automation

• Establish reusable AI platform components and orchestration patterns for adoption across enterprise applications

• Implement Governance-as-Code, including versioned instruction sets, prompt templates, and policy rules
