Senior Python Developer (AI)

We are looking for a Senior Python Developer (AI) to build dependable software and apply AI thoughtfully across delivery. You will craft Python backend services, collaborate with React work where needed, and help steer architecture and standards with the team.

Responsibilities

• Design and build resilient, scalable technical systems aligned with company and engineering goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver coherent, high-quality products to completion
• Contribute to architecture discussions that guide technical direction and system structure
• Review code submissions from peers and provide actionable feedback to uphold development standards
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues that appear throughout the build process
• Mentor junior developers and help them grow their technical fundamentals
• Join planning sessions to help define scope, priorities, and project timelines
• Track industry trends and incorporate valuable practices into everyday work
• Document technical decisions and workflows to maintain long-term codebase health
• Partner with stakeholders to clarify expectations and ensure deliverables meet agreed outcomes

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant hands-on experience
• Advanced proficiency in Python to create robust backend infrastructure and services
• Practical experience using React to deliver responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces
• Working knowledge of AI principles and tools to strengthen development and design workflows
• Solid understanding of database systems for organizing, storing, and retrieving application data
• Ability to use Git for version control and smooth collaboration across the team
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and energize colleagues toward shared outcomes
• Familiarity with established software development methodologies that support structured, efficient delivery
• Proficient English at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
