Product Manager
Who We Are
We build infrastructure that delivers massive amounts of web data to the companies training the world’s most powerful AI models.
We’re the team that helps to power and support Grass, a bandwidth-sharing network that lets us operate a massive distributed crawler, giving us unique access to high-quality public web data at global scale. On top of that, we’ve built pipelines for ingesting, segmenting, and annotating billions of videos, transcripts, and audio files, powering dataset creation for frontier labs.
We’re lean, technical, and move fast. No red tape, no slow decision-making; just a team of builders pushing to expand what’s possible for open web data and AI.
The Role.
We are looking for a hands-on, technically strong Product Manager who can turn complex infrastructure challenges into products that deliver real impact.
You will work directly with engineering and leadership in a small, highly technical team, driving product initiatives from concept to launch and shaping the direction of our data infrastructure and AI products.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and enjoys building from the ground up.
Please note: This role requires a work schedule that overlaps sufficiently with EST business hours to collaborate effectively with the team.
Who You Are
- A builder who enjoys turning ambitious ideas into real products.
- You take initiative, move fast, and thrive in ambiguity.
- Pragmatic and outcome-driven, with strong judgment.
- Independent and adaptable, comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving team.
What You Will Be Doing
- Define product priorities, shape the roadmap, and drive projects from concept to launch.
- Partner directly with engineering and leadership to define requirements, align priorities, and deliver solutions.
- Identify product opportunities across web data infrastructure, data pipelines, and AI-related products.
- Balance technical feasibility, business impact, and speed when making product decisions.
- Measure product performance and use insights to guide continuous improvement.
Skills, Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience building and shipping technical products, ideally from scratch or in early-stage environments.
- Strong understanding of APIs, infrastructure, data systems, or distributed architectures, with the ability to translate technical needs into actionable product requirements.
- Experience defining roadmaps and prioritizing work using data, with a record of delivering measurable results.
- Nice to have : Experience with AI/ML infrastructure, data platforms, developer tools, or web-scale technologies.
Why Work With Us
- Opportunity. We are at the forefront of developing a web-scale crawler and knowledge graph that improves access to public web data and extends the value of AI to the people.
- Culture. We’re a lean team with a high bar. We come to work not to be comfortable, but to find out what we’re capable of and to do work that matters. We’re not calling for people who keep things moving. We’re calling for people who make everyone around them better. We prioritize low ego and high output. This is a fully remote team.
- Compensation. You’ll receive a competitive salary & benefits.
About the Company
Wynd Network enables access to public web data through decentralized data scraping tools such as our first product, Grass.
Grass is a network sharing application that allows users to sell their unused bandwidth. Effectively, this is a residential proxy network that directly compensates individual residential IPs for the bandwidth they provide. Wynd will route traffic equitably among its network and meter the amount of data that each node provides to fairly distribute revenue.
In non-technical terms: we’re unlocking everyone’s ability to earn from a passive income stream by simply selling the unused internet bandwidth on personal devices (laptops, smartphones).
