We’re seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our Think team, where you’ll build the robust, scalable backend systems that power our Think AI services platform. Think is our flagship AI inference service that allows users to deploy powerful AI models with European values built in, featuring simple APIs, transparent costs, and ensuring data stays exactly where users want it.
A key focus of your role will be building scalable RESTful APIs in Go and orchestrating containerized workloads with Kubernetes – ensuring our AI services can scale efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of reliability and performance. You’ll work on solving complex challenges around API design, service orchestration, and resource management.
What you’ll tackle
Build and optimize API backend services using Go and Python
Drive large-scale container orchestration with Kubernetes, ensuring scalability and reliability
Design and manage APIs (REST and gRPC), including traffic management and gateway integration
Apply distributed systems principles to deliver robust, fault-tolerant services
Streamline delivery through CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
Collaborate in Git-based workflows, contributing to a high-velocity engineering culture
Skills we value
Strong proficiency in Go and/or Python
Extensive experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
Solid understanding of API gateways, traffic management, and routing
Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and gRPC services
Knowledge of distributed systems principles and design patterns
Proficiency in distributed systems and Linux systems engineering
