Job description – PR & Content Manager

In this remote PR & Content Executive role, you will spearhead their in-house public relations function as well as manage their dedicated educational and thought leadership content platform.

This role prioritizes strong media relationships and brand storytelling, shifting away from agency dependence towards owning their narrative internally. If you currently work in a PR agency or a media-facing role with established media contacts, are adept at crafting long-form, engaging content, and understand how to integrate SEO best practices, you’ll thrive here.

You will be a critical player in shaping the business’ voice across crypto media, and community education, while driving cohesive brand communication strategies that elevate their presence in the decentralized finance ecosystem. Check out the full list of responsibilities below:

Key responsibilities – PR & Content Lead

In this remote PR & Content Marketing Executive job, you’ll be involved in:

Build and maintain strong relationships with crypto and mainstream media outlets to secure the business’ coverage and partnerships
Develop and execute proactive PR campaigns, press releases, media kits, and influencer outreach
Own and grow our Knowledge Hub, crafting deep-dive educational content and thought leadership articles that establish the business as a trusted voice.
Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and executive teams to align messaging and brand positioning
Drive brand communication strategy, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all channels
Oversee content planning and production, including blog posts, newsletters, and PR materials
Use SEO principles to optimize content and increase organic traffic. Knowledge of SEO is helpful but can be learned on the job
Monitor PR performance metrics and content engagement to refine strategies and report outcomes to leadership.

Job requirements – PR & Content Manager

In this remote PR & Content Executive job, we are looking for:

At least a 2:1 or above from a top university
Currently working in a PR agency or similar role with existing media relationships in the crypto or tech space
Experienced in pitching stories, managing press inquiries, and cultivating media partnerships
Skilled long-form writer capable of producing compelling, educational, and brand-aligned content
Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment, able to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders
Passionate about crypto and decentralized finance, with solid domain knowledge
Strategic thinker with a keen sense for brand positioning and communication
Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles is a plus, but not mandatory
Native English speaker; additional languages are a bonus.
