About the role

As a Night Shift Operational Quality Pharmacist within our Manufacturing & Supply team, you will work in our facilities during night operations as the point of contact for all quality-related matters. Ready to get started?

Key responsibilities:

• Management of quality events in collaboration with production teams: identify root causes and act to limit new occurrences by implementing effective corrective actions.
• Field intervention working closely with operational staff: gather essential information for fact-finding in the event of a quality issue, support production regarding quality culture, and prepare for audits and inspections by ensuring practices and facilities are maintained at the right level.
• Management of quality and production documentation: review and approve documents related to the activities of the Quality Assurance and Production departments.
• Commercial batch confirmation: ensure the continuity of market release for products with high impact for populations.

Experience

• Successful initial experience in the pharmaceutical industry

Education

• Qualified Pharmacist (Pharmacien thésé)

Technical skills

• Knowledge of aseptic processes
• Good knowledge of GMP and quality processes
• Proficiency in batch release
• Ability to analyze complex data and identify trends, problems, and solutions

Languages

• English (oral level B1/B2) is a plus

The salary range for this position is :€42 400,00 - €56 533

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
