At Midas, we are working on real-life engineering challenges to transform the world of finance.
We’ve transformed investing in Turkey by delivering a seamless experience for everyday investors.
Today, 4 million users invest with Midas. Backed by an $80M Series B, the largest fintech investment ever in Turkey, we are scaling faster than ever.

At Midas, infrastructure isn’t just IT — it’s a core driver of speed, security, and scale. We question defaults, build from first principles, and move fast without cutting corners. Great systems remove friction and boost team productivity. In this role, you’ll fully own our internal stack — keeping things secure, stable, and helping every team move faster and smarter.

About Midas Team

  • We solve challenging problems and build 10x better products.
  • We expect hard work, high ownership, a strong desire to learn.
  • We bring the best people, holding high quality standards, and an environment of speed and ambition.
  • You will get to push your boundaries and learn from the best.

    • Results Expected

  • Maintain 99.95%+ infrastructure uptime across all mission-critical systems (e.g., VPN, internal tools, endpoints, etc.) over rolling 90-day periods.
  • Deliver infrastructure roadmap milestones on time (≥90% on-time delivery), with stakeholder alignment and documentation completed before rollout.
  • Actively identify and lead 2+ improvements per quad to internal infrastructure or tooling — not reactive tickets, but proactive ownership.
  • Roll out one major infrastructure upgrade or automation initiative (e.g., MDM system, VPN overhaul, network monitoring) every 6 months, with post-launch NPS ≥ 8 from stakeholders.
  • Reduce manual IT overhead by 30% through scripting, automation, or self-service tools within 6 months.

    • Cultural Competencies

  • Takes full ownership — doesn’t wait, just solves.
  • Questions assumptions and rebuilds from first principles.
  • Balances speed and quality — ships fast, but always clean.
  • Collaborates fluidly across teams; communicates clearly, with empathy and precision.

    • Technical Competencies

  • Designs and maintains internal systems (VPN, MDM, SSO, identity) for high reliability and performance.
  • Automates infra and IT tasks end-to-end — from support tickets to provisioning — using scripting and config-as-code.
  • Builds secure-by-default environments, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Responds to outages and incidents with speed and rigor; builds resilient playbooks to prevent recurrence.
    • Curious about our tech stack?
