[Job - 30399] Master Full-Stack Developer (AI, BI & Digital Product Improvement)

We are looking for a hands-on, technically strong Master Full-Stack Developer who goes beyond what is asked—someone who proactively seeks to understand end-to-end processes, engages in strategic discussions, and is always thinking about how to improve digital products
. This role requires a developer comfortable working in a pre-existing codebase, with UX sensibility to support the Tessera platform, and deep expertise in modern AI development and Power BI
.

Frontend: TypeScript, React 18, TanStack Query, Material UI (MUI)
Backend: Java 17, Spring Boot 3
Database: MySQL 8
Cloud & Infrastructure: Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, App Engine, Cloud SQL), Docker, Firebase Auth
Key Responsibilities
Power BI Development (Primary Focus): Responsible for the end-to-end development and maintenance of reports and dashboards within Power BI. This will serve as the primary day-to-day focus of the engagement from day one

Platform Support: Handle a set of smaller fixes, system enhancements, and UX improvements on a web platform, requiring attention to detail and user empathy
. Work will involve the implementation of self-contained epics (like filter/navigation UX and unit operations visibility) as well as more complex cloud infrastructure integrations for real-time collaboration
.
AI & Advanced Capabilities (Critical Focus): Act as a hands-on expert for AI solutions, moving beyond basic LLM-based chat interfaces
.
Lifecycle Execution: Perform rigorous evaluations (evals), fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model selection for diverse AI applications
.
Ideation & PoC: Contribute to the ideation and development of Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and early-stage experimentation for upcoming AI use cases
.
Strategic Partnership: Act as a thought partner to challenge technical assumptions, evaluate the nuances of AI solutions, and help shape the direction of future digital products

Required Technical Background and Qualifications To ensure the delivery of these services, the ideal candidate must possess the following minimum requirements:
Development Track Record: A strong full-stack development background with a documented history of successfully completed projects

Architectural Exposure: Demonstrated experience with application architecture design, including a deep understanding of how enterprise components integrate across the stack, rather than just isolated feature work

Tooling & Stack: Mandatory proficiency in Power BI and high comfort working across the full Java/React/GCP technology stack
.
AI/ML Experience: Previous involvement in AI/ML projects that successfully progressed beyond prototyping into rigorous evaluation and iterative deployment phases
