Business Development (Japan or Korea)

Job Description

1. Align with the company’s strategy to implement KOL/agent/partner policies and jointly build a stable and high-quality KOL promotion system.
2. Be familiar with major social media platforms such as YouTube, Twitter, and crypto communities, and effectively expand KOL channels both domestically and internationally to promote the platform.
3. Follow up on marketing-generated leads, work to convert them into cooperation opportunities, and assist existing KOLs in achieving channel performance.
4. Support the company’s KOL/agent/community partner management policies and carry out related administrative tasks.
5. Proactively promote the platform’s brand and uphold its reputation and image.
6. Stay updated on local industry trends and competitor developments, and provide timely feedback to inform strategic market expansion and high-level responses.

Job Requirements

1. At least 1 year of experience in contract (derivatives) business development, or 2+ years of experience in crypto industry business/sales roles.
2. Possess extensive KOL resource networks or have a proven methodology for market expansion, capable of producing results in a short timeframe.
3. Strong sense of direction and goal orientation, highly self-motivated, and results-driven.
4. High personal integrity, with excellent communication skills and team spirit.
5. Able to execute various global marketing and promotional activities of the company.
6. Strong market insight and sensitivity, able to respond and adapt quickly to market changes, and assist in improving the platform’s contract products.
