.NET Full Stack Engineering Manager (Insurance)
We are seeking a .NET Full Stack Engineering Manager (Insurance) to build and design insurance solutions across the submission-to-issuance value chain. You will lead delivery from estimation to release while partnering with stakeholders on cloud and AI-driven capabilities—apply to help shape high-impact outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery across the insurance value chain from submission through policy issuance including quoting and binding
- Design solution architectures that align with specialty insurance workflows and scalability needs
- Build backend services using .NET Framework with a focus on reliability and performance
- Develop full stack features with ReactJS while prioritizing strong backend implementation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and clarify business needs
- Estimate features, plan delivery, and break down work into user stories
- Create technical artifacts such as designs, specifications, and implementation plans
- Implement cloud capabilities using Microsoft Azure services to support application workloads
- Apply AI SDLC practices to deliver AI-enabled features within the product lifecycle
- Build agentic AI solutions using Microsoft tools when applicable
- Guide team execution through code reviews, technical direction, and delivery accountability
Requirements
- 7+ years of .NET Framework experience in backend development
- 5+ years of insurance domain experience across submission, quoting, binding, and policy issuance
- Strong solution architecture skills for designing scalable systems
- Strong Microsoft Azure experience with cloud services and deployments
- Strong Microsoft SQL Server skills for data modeling and performance tuning
- Leadership experience leading a team and delivering user stories end to end
- Project estimation skills to size features and plan delivery with stakeholders
- AI SDLC experience integrating AI into product delivery lifecycles
- Strong communication skills to translate stakeholder needs into technical artifacts
- Upper-Intermediate English (B2) proficiency for daily collaboration
