DevOps Engineer

You will be:
- managing and improving deployment and release processes across development, lab, and production environments,
- designing, maintaining, and improving reliable infrastructure and delivery solutions,
- supporting teams in adopting effective DevOps practices and ways of working,
- contributing to infrastructure modernization with a focus on performance, reliability, and cost efficiency,
- supporting development and support teams in resolving critical production issues,
- coordinating product and operating system updates across different environments,
- managing Infrastructure as Code and ensuring infrastructure follows agreed standards and best practices,
- contributing to planning, release management, documentation, and continuous improvement activities.
Your profile:
- hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role,
- practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery,
- practical experience with Ansible, Terraform, Bash, Git, and CI/CD pipelines,
- hands-on experience with Docker and Docker Swarm, preferably in on-premises environments,
- good knowledge of core AWS services, including EC2, CloudFormation, VPC, Subnets, AMIs, ALBs, S3, and ECR,
- understand Infrastructure as Code and infrastructure automation best practices,
- experience working with both cloud and on-premises, air-gapped environments,
- a good understanding of JSON,
- experience creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting Azure Pipelines,
- familiarity with monitoring and observability solutions, with an appreciation of ELK Stack and Grafana,
- experience with firewall management, preferably FortiGate,
- understand Agile development processes and are comfortable participating in Agile ceremonies,
- strong DevOps mindset and understand the importance of collaboration across development, support, and infrastructure teams,
- strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and can approach complex technical issues independently,
- can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders,
- comfortable working in an environment where issues often require investigation, creativity, and finding solutions beyond standard approaches,
- good documentation skills and understand the importance of keeping technical documentation accurate and up to date,
- good English communication skills (at least B2 level).
Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
