Frachtis VC

Frachtis is a thesis-driven pre-seed firm investing in applications and infrastructure at the intersection of crypto and AI. The $20m fund launched in June 2025.

Frachtis was founded by Xavier Meegan, former CIO of Chorus One and consists of investment partner Brian Crain (former CEO and co-founder of Chorus One) and COO Adina Fischer (former a16z crypto). Brian and Xavier worked together for several years at Chorus One and have direct experience operating and growing a crypto-native business in Chorus One, which recently exited to Bitwise.
